In our restaurant Skipperly we presents Vejrø’s sustainable rural cuisine, based on our ‘From Field to Fork’ concept. We believe that the highest quality results from patience in relation to the changing seasons and respect for the natural beauty of the island.
Restaurant Skipperly serves honest country cuisine, based on the island’s own organic produce. It is all about the taste, smell and texture of this local produce.
The cuisine is based on ingredients that are available here and now, so our menu is never fixed. But you can always be sure of fresh ingredients direct from the countryside and cooked with love and creativity.
Restaurant Skipperly can accommodate 50 diners on the ground floor, and an extra 20 up under the wooden beams on the 1st floor. Weather permitting, we are happy to serve guests outside in the fresh island air.
